First, check the bag to make sure there are no rips or holes that would affect the structural integrity of the bag. Make sure that it is not over filled and that the tarp can be tied closed so that nothing comes loose while it is being transported. We do not accept payment on delivery because our driver is on a tight schedule. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express online and over the phone.

We use a forklift that is 8 feet wide and cannot bring the bag to your backyard due to damage that the tires may cause to the lawn. We can drop the bag at any place the forklift can reach without causing any damage to your property.

The other location is at 200 Horner Avenue, Etobicoke, Ontario. 2) The second option is that you can fill up the empty bag with waste and view our waste disposal option. This is the most convenient service we offer. Simply fill your empty Less Mess bag with non-hazardous household or garden waste and we will come pick it up. These products are derived from Earthco Soil Mixtures’ locations where environmental site assessments have been undertaken to ensure the property is not contaminated. You can be sure that the product you receive is of the highest possible quality; our materials come from natural sources and are reliable. While not “certified” organic, our materials have not come in contact with chemicals or contaminants.

Top dressing your lawn is a great idea for several reasons. First, it allows you to level the surface on your lawn. Second, it enables de-thatching which allows nutrients to reach the grass’s root system quickly and easily. 1. Choose a sunny but cool day to top dress. Less than 20°C is ideal. 2. Rake your lawn thoroughly to remove all the dead grass. 3. Apply no more than one inch of Less Mess Top Dressing Blend. 4. Rake in Top Dressing Blend thoroughly until you can see the grass again. 5. Water thoroughly and frequently.

Two days later, spread no more than one inch of Top Dressing Blend over the lawn. 4. Rake Top Dressing blend thoroughly into your lawn until you can see the grass again. 5. Lastly, spread some grass seed in the areas that aren’t as full as you’d like.

Please note once you receive a notification call for delivery, the above fee will apply to reschedule. Returns are valid within 30 days for unused bags only. A haulage fee of $60/bag may be deducted from the returned amount.
